Overseer Diane O. Seaman, MTS, LCSW, BCD
Overseer Diane O. Seaman is a woman who loves God and loves to serve the Lord. She is a native Long Islander and was born and raised in Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. At the age of 15 she was baptized at the Assembly of God Church in Port Jefferson, NY where she was raised.
Overseer Seaman is a graduate of Newfield High School. She attended Central Islip School of Nursing and Harlem Hospital University. While attending school, she worked at Riverhead correctional facility as a corrections officer.
She has worked as a full-time substitute teacher for a number of years teaching high school special education, a residential social worker, an administrator, program planner and trainer for several other companies. While attending school, she worked at Riverhead correctional facility as a corrections officer.
In 1995 Overseer Seaman accepted her call to ministry and began her training under the direction of her Pastor, ​mentor and spiritual father, the Rev. Dr. Beresford Adams, Pastor of the Faith Baptist Church in Coram, New York. On January 6, 2002, she was officially licensed to Minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Further education included her graduation from the Virginia Union School of Theology, in ministry, one year of CPE (Freedom Bible College), her master's degree in biblical studies from New Life School of Theology, a graduate student of New Life School of Theology, she is a PhD Candidate of Theology.
Overseer Seaman has served as a Sunday school teacher, VBS teacher, the choir, praise team and worship leader. She served as the social worker for the church after school program and as Director of the church social work ministry (a ministry of licensed clinicians serving the church and surrounding community) and served with the prison ministry, which she continues to do the prison ministry, or just which she continues to do.

After 28 years in Faith Baptist Church, Elder Seaman transitioned to Joshua Baptist Cathedral in Huntington, NY under the pastoral guidance of Bishop Dr. Stephanie B. Riddle. She served in many capacities including the praise and worship team and director of the flag ministry.
She is a member of: NAACP, James Cleveland Gospel Music Workshop of America National Mass Choir and Cleveland chorus, Suffolk County Community Council, Suffolk County Business & Professional Women National Council of Negro Women, Greater Gordon Heights Community Council, the Hobbs-Bethel Community Farm, member of Centereach Chamber of Commerce and has several other affiliations.
She is a seasoned clinical psychotherapist and drug and addictions counselor, who continues to practice with the guidance of God within the confines of her private practice. She is owner of LifeSkills & Psychotherapy Services PC and Genesis Center for Empowerment Inc. (a 501(c)(3) corporation.)
On July 14, 2013 she was ordained as an Elder. Studies were also completed and Elder Seaman became a New York State Task Force Chaplain.
In July 2015, a year after submitting her ministry vision to her Pastor, and receiving council, Good Samaritan Ministries Inc. was actualized.
to date, Good Samaritan Ministries, Inc. now serves in Centereach and Port Jefferson Station, and is also live streamed over the Nations.
On February 29 of 2016, Good Samaritan Ministries, Inc. had its official opening. Also, in 2016 GSM extended its fellowship as an integral part of victory tabernacle in Brooklyn New York under the leadership of Bishop, Dr. Roberta E. Moore. I in 2022 Elder Seaman was consecrated to Overseer and now sits is head of the Pastors Council for Victory Christian Fellowship, International under the leadership of the Prelate Bishop Dr Roberta E. Moore.
Overseer Seaman was married to Donald (the love of her life) for over 42 years, before he went to be with the Lord. She is the proud mother of Derek and Keith Seaman, a proud second mother to her daughter (in-love), Theresa, and the delighted and proud grandmother of Keith Michael Seaman Jr., Nikolos Eric John Seaman and Jaden Nicole Seaman.
